1、High-Voltage Isolation Input

The AI-8 series multi-loop temperature controllers support 4-8 inputs, which can be divided into 4 groups of isolated inputs. The measurement channels use 3KV dedicated digital isolation chips and independent power supplies via transformers. The isolation withstand voltage between groups can reach up to 250VDC, and it is only limited by the PCB wire layout spacing, independent of isolation components. Isolated inputs effectively prevent signal interference in applications with complex input signals, thereby enhancing system reliability.

2、Powerful Anti-Interference and Power Protection Capability

The power supply side is tested for group pulse anti-interference at 6KV, and the input side is tested for group pulse anti-interference at 2KV, exceeding the CE certification requirements for harsh industrial environment testing.

3、Reliable Operation in High-Temperature Environments

Sample testing has undergone long-duration high-temperature reliability tests at -20~+110°C. In actual long-term operation, it can work at temperatures as high as 100°C without damage, ensuring reliable performance in complex environments.

4、Comprehensive Power Protection Technology

The power input not only features conventional lightning and surge protection but can also withstand prolonged misconnection to a 380VAC power supply without damaging the product. It also provides excellent power grid under-voltage and instantaneous power-off protection.

The startup voltage is as low as 50VAC, and it can continue to operate for more than 0.5 seconds after an instantaneous power grid outage.
